    • Up to 4 property visits per year for maintenance checks

Our Fee Options:

Tenant Placement: 1 month's rent + Vat (once-off)

Management Fee options:

Option 1: 8.5% (or min. R600) - Includes Xpello Eviction Cover

    • Xpello handles the full eviction process on your behalf
    • No attorney fees, no court visits
    • Landlord stays protected - up to R150,000 in legal cost savings
    • First year included in fee; renewable thereafter at your discretion
    • Subject to Xpello's terms & approval

Option 2: 6% (or min. R600) - Excludes Eviction Cover

  • All services above
  • Legal costs for eviction not included
  • Optional upgrade to 8.5% package at any time on condition tenant has paid up to date and in good standing

Fees are based on the total rent collected

Example: R10,000 x 6% = R600/month (VAT-exempt)
